Magic Show FAQs

Do you do open air events?

Yes, I perform magic shows at all kinds of events, fairs, fetes, shows etc.

What type of magic do you perform?

Stage shows, party shows, parlour magic, strolling and close up magic at all kinds of events, schools, care and nursing homes.

How many people will you perform for?

Any number from small intimate parties to large audiences.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, I am covered for £10 million through my membership of Equity.

How long do you need to set up?

I normally need about 20 minutes once in a room or performance area.

I aim to arrive about an hour before show time to ensure timely arrival, parking and set up.

How long is your act?

Normally my magic and laughter show lasts for one hour tailored for the ages of the audience.

I also provide a two hour magic party package for children’s parties which includes the magic show plus party games.

I can do any length of time.

Will your magic suit any audience?

Yes, I provide magic for all occasions – family entertainment, older adults etc.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes, I have enhanced DBS and this is updated annually.

Do you limit the number of children at your shows?

The more the merrier. I have no limit on numbers.

What experience do you have in entertaining children?

I have many years of experience providing magic for children of all ages. I perform magic for schools, pre schools, scouts and guides and family parties all the time.
